Kyler Wynn Wins the NASRA 500!!!

What a fantastic week of racing hosted by us here at the North American Sim Racing Association. The event took place from Feb. 3rd - 8th, where we ran 3 Qualifying races a night for 4 days locking in the top 3 from every race into the Duals on Saturday morning. 4th - 14th locked themselves into the Last Chance Qualifiers, but NASRA introduced the Rebuy System which took the sim racing world by storm allowing for Chaos and Greed. It incouraged folks who were unhappy with settling for an LCQ slot or missed out all together keep racing till locking themselves into the Blanchard's Towing or Champions of Hope Foundation Duals.

After a full week of chaos and windling down the 208 total entries and 321 rebuys we entered Saturday morning with a Prize Pool of $10,000+ making it the largest ashpalt payout on the iRacing Service. After 2 very diverse duals one with a caution fest and another with the patient racing of the 43 driver field where the top 20 would advance to the Main event Saturday afternoon.

The Main event was finally upon us and after 18 total Cautions in the main Malik Ray from the iRacing Coke Series would cross the strip as the race winner but as always the end of the race was reviewed by the NASRA Officals, it was deemed that he turned a driver trying to make a hole that was not there and the admins made the call to give him an EOL moving him to the last car on the lead lap in 24th place sliding Kyler win up to the Florida Cabinet Distributors Victory Lane taking home a big $2500 pay day!

Thank you to all the drivers and sponsors that came on board to support the event. If you would like to rewatch the event in its whole you can catch all of it on NASRA 360 Racing Network.

Stay tuned to us here at NASRA with our upcoming events such as the Indy 500 and the Coke 600.
